Gary Boomershine - Our Founder & CEO


Gary Boomershine's PictureSalesTeamLive's Chief Executive Officer Gary Boomershine has been involved in real estate from a very early age.

After paying his way through college as a licensed Real Estate agent while getting an engineering degree at the University of California, Davis, Gary spent 11 year in High Tech - Silicon Valley. Gary's career in technology led him to become an expert problem solver and an expert at business process automation. His resume includes managing Fortune 500 clients at Accenture, formerly Andersen Consulting, as well as building four successful startup software companies from the ground up. Gary managed and directed regional sales teams generating millions of dollars from some of the world's largest companies.

Gary states "We developed SalesTeamLive to provide an unprecedented level of service and results to real estate entrepreneurs by becoming their outsourced virtual marketing team delivering quality leads and deals at their doorstep.” SalesTeamLive has created a service offering that allows individual entrepreneurs as well as small companies to market like a powerhouse at a fraction of the cost or time.




Haider Nazar - Our President


Haider Nazar's PictureAs President of SalesTeamLive, Mr. Nazar brings 16 years of experience working in a variety of emerging growth markets specializing in managing startup transformation into efficiently growing enterprises.

He started his career at Accenture's Center for Strategic Technology in Palo Alto, CA working for retail, manufacturing and high-tech global clients. After working with large companies for several years, Mr. Nazar decided to develop his entrepreneurial skills with startups in the Silicon Valley. He has held several management positions spanning business development, marketing, sales, corporate development, offshore development and operations.

At CrossWorlds Software, a pioneer in Service Oriented Architecture, he helped grow the company from less than $4 million in sales to $22 million in less than three years. After a successful IPO, the company was acquired by IBM and is now part of IBM's Websphere eBusiness Application Suite.

After CrossWorlds, Mr. Nazar joined a group of founders at Recipio and helped productize their online community building technology, develop their business plan and take the company to market. After successfully acquiring some of the world's biggest brands as customers including Proctor & Gamble, NBC, Mercedes Benz, Lockheed Martin and Bose, the company was successfully sold and is now part of Satmetrix Systems Inc.

Ready for the next challenge, Mr. Nazar decided to take his emerging market skills into the rapidly growing Aerospace and Defense Industry as Chief Executive of Kemco Manufacturing. In a five year period, Kemco Manufacturing was transformed from a local Boeing preferred manufacturing supplier into a Six Sigma ISO 9001/AS 9100 certified diversified global system integrator providing contract manufacturing, engineering services and business process outsourced solutions.

After a successful sale, Mr. Nazar is now ready to lead SalesTeamLive’s transformation into the pre-eminent Done-For-You Marketing Service for Entrepreneur’s and Business Owners.




Phong Dang - Vice President of Operations


Phong Dang's PictureAfter finishing his college education at UC Davis as a Civil Engineer, Phong went directly to work for Accenture, formerly known as Andersen Consulting. While at Andersen Consulting, Phong worked on many ‘Customer Relationship Management’ projects, implementing best of breed software and business processes. Phong helped implement CRM software at 3 different company’s customer support centers. After 4.5 years at Accenture, Phong went to work with Gary Boomershine at a startup software company “CrossWorlds Software” where he was the director of Client Services and Partner Enablement.

In 2002, Phong started his real estate investment business by purchasing a handful of raw land no money down. After 5 months, Phong made more money in his real estate investment company than he made working in his executive level job, so he decided to invest in real estate full time. Phong spent 2 years investing in real estate full time and made a great living.

While investing in Real Estate, Phong saw an opportunity in Mortgage Lending. So in 2004, Phong decided to focus his efforts on building a mortgage lending business. He grew his mortgage team to 50 loan officers by the end of 2006. Unfortunately, given the market condition and the credit crisis, his mortgage lending company reduced back to a handful of loan originator. In 2007, Phong became a Real Estate Agent and started to help his clients with their home purchase and sales. With his extensive knowledge in the Short Sale arena, Phong was able to help many of his clients sell their homes short and at the same time, buy their homes from “Short Sale” listings.

Phong comes to Sales Team Live with a tremendous amount of knowledge from a creative real estate investor perspective, having lived that life for 2+ years himself. Phong also has a lot of experience in the customer support / customer service arena from his experiences at Accenture. Coupled with his ability to clearly listen to and identify a client’s problem and his ability to provide solutions for the client.
